The range

Semper’s Linseed Crispbreads are delicately flavoured and deliciously thin. They are a very good source of fibre (containing 9.1g per 100g) and made with 10% linseed.

Semper’s delicious Rosemary and Salt Crispbreads are made with gluten-free oats. These crispbreads were commended in the ‘Free From Food Awards 2014′ – the independent judges said they were a ‘Lovely rosemary flavoured crunchy crisp bread.’ ‘A great base for cheese – tangy and crisp.’.

Other tasty savoury gluten-free treats from Semper include their Poppy Seed Crackers and Chilli & Lemon Hummus Chips. The hummus chips are an innovative product made from 45% chickpea flour and cooked in rapeseed oil. They are the perfect nutritious gluten-free and lactose-free snack suitable for Coeliacs.

Semper’s range also includes an organic gluten-free artisan linguine, made in Italy using only two ingredients – 100% brown rice flour and the water from the hills of Tuscany! A uniquely rough textured pasta, which makes it perfect for capturing and holding flavours and sauces. It tastes great with a simple natural pesto or with tasty sea food!

Semper also make great basics for cooking and baking including their gluten-free Fine White Flour and Organic gluten-free Oats. The Fine White Flour is a speciality blend of gluten-free flours, starches and gums and can be used to make fantastic textured and delicious gluten-free bread, cakes and biscuits. Their Organic Oats are specially handled during growing and harvesting to avoid contamination with gluten from other grains.
